What is The Art of Change Programme?
It’s designed to help leaders learn how to create the conditions to skillfully deliver transformational change, faster.
It acknowledges that even with a solid strategy, robust structures and well-designed processes, executing change can be frustratingly slow and challenging.
This programme focuses on the unlocks required to boldly lead change - addressing the mindsets, behaviours and beliefs below the surface.
Who is it For & What Does it Cover?
It’s for experienced leaders, seeking deeper insight into themselves and their organisations and wanting to evolve and reinvigorate their leadership approach.
Unlike a generic ‘how to’ training course, it emphasises a coaching approach, carving out time to reflect and empower individuals to develop realisations, bespoke to them and their leadership style.
It draws on a wide range of sources including Edmondson’s work on Psychological Safety and real-life stories from organisations including Google, Pixar & VW as well as wisdom from history, the Arts and Culture.

How is it Delivered?
The Art of Change programme can be delivered for intact teams virtually, in-person or hybrid.
Alternatively, individuals can join a small virtual cohort of up to 8 leaders from other organisations, gaining insights from sharing challenges & experiences.

What do Participants Get?

How is it Structured?
The programme begins with an hour’s introductory session and is then delivered through six two hour sessions over the course of eight weeks.
The 3 Modules Include:
- ME: Improving your self-awareness & self-expression.
- WE: How to foster high-trust conditions and a courageous mindset within your team.
- US: Expanding your influence & connecting your desired, sustainable leadership legacy with organisational goals.
It concludes with a 1 hour 1:1 coaching session with Louise to integrate learnings for maximum organisational impact.

Who Delivers it?
The programme is delivered by Louise Thompson, the Founder of business consultancy, Art After Dark® Ltd.
As an Executive Coach, Louise works with senior individuals and global teams in many industries including FMCG, Financial Services, Media and Football.
She specialises in cultivating trust and breakthrough thinking, supported by her scientifically-backed creative methodology.
Louise is an experienced Facilitator & member of the International Coaching Federation. She spent twenty years in senior leadership roles and has a proven track record of delivering award-winning innovations.
Having led large groups of people in complex organisations, she understands the challenges and the reward of leading change initiatives and the importance of managing mindsets to get the most out of yourself and your teams.
