Louise Thompson, is an Executive Coach who works with senior individuals and global teams in many industries including FMCG, Financial Services, Media and Football.

She specialises in cultivating boldness, trust and breakthrough thinking, supported by her scientifically-backed creative methodology.

Louise is an experienced Facilitator & member of the International Coaching Federation.

She spent twenty years in senior leadership roles, winning awards for breakthrough innovation.
